If no contract is concluded, the data is stored for a maximum of 1 year after the quote request has been closed. If a contract is concluded, the data is processed for the period required by legal retention obligations.

Purpose of data processing: 

The fulfilment of ordered services related to electrical installation, building automation, security technology or other services. 

Data processed: 

  • customer’s name; 
  • contact person’s name; 
  • phone; 
  • E-mail address; 
  • billing data;
  • work location address. 

Legal basis of data processing: 

Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR — performance of a contract. 

Retention period: 

Accounting documents are retained by the Data Controller for at least 8 years in accordance with accounting legislation.
